Greetings for the day!
My name is Manan Modi and I am a manager here at Pooja Entertainment. I am writing this letter to invite you to inaugurate our new theatre located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
To begin with, this theatre can accommodate more than 500 people, which makes it the biggest entertainment place in the city. Moreover, it has a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system. In addition, it has five dressing rooms connected straight to the stage.
You are the most followed actor in our country and you are an inspiration for young genration. Therefore, we would like to invite you for the opening ceremony as a chief guest. We think your appearance will encourage many people to make their career in the entertainment industry.
Please let us know your thoughts on this. It would be our pleasure to have you at the opening. I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
