Dear Mr Bhavin,
I am writing this letter to invite you to inauguration ceremony of our new theatre, which will be opened next week by our entertainment company.
Our theatre is located in Adajan area of my city. The theatre is built by famous archietecture Shri Manmohan Lal. The theatre has capacity of 1000 people to sit at one single time. It is a modern building, excellent lighting and has comfortable seats. We are planning to organize many cultural programmes and dramas in this theatre.
We would be happy if you could come in opening ceremony as a chief guest. The inauguration ceremony will be held on 25th December at our company.
I believe that you are a perfect person for this occasion as you have been working in entertainment industry for more than 20 years and you are well-known actor. Many people admire you and your work. You are very kind and kind in real life. Your presence can make event more successful and memorable.
I hope you can consider our request and except our invitation.
