I am writing this letter to invite you to the inaugration ceremony of our new theatre which is on the 30th of September, 2026. The theatre is specially made for the live shows. We have the capacity ofaccomodating 500 people making it the largest one to be opened in the country.
We would really appreciate if you could be a part of this auspicious day and open the our new theatre. Your presence and time will be greatly appreciated.
We specially chose you for this opportunity because we believe that you are pioneer of this industry and your story will inspire young actors in many ways. Threfore, please confirm your availability within two days. Our team member will get in touch with your manager and give the details of the event to him.
