You work for an entertainment company which plans to open a new theatre soon. You want to invite a famous actor to open the new theatre.

Write a letter to this famous actor. In your letter

• give some information about the new theatre

• invite her/him to open the new theatre

• explain why she/he would be a good person to open the theatre

Dear Sir,

I am writing to invite you on the opening ceremony of our latest theatre and It would be a great pleasure for our company to have you as our chief guest.

You would be glad to know that, our new theatre will be the first ever place, which will provide the latest services including, soundproof headphones, large screens and seperate cabins for families. In addition to it, there will be VIP rooms where one will be able to enjoy the movie with their partner as it is particularly designed for new couple. However, there are only few available and advance booking is necessary for confirmation. Furthermore, there is a cafe, where one can buy snacks to enjoy while watching movie.

You are humbly requested to accept our invitation as the opening ceremony of this theater will be held on 16th September. The event will take place in the evening and people will be able to watch latest series of the Spider man. After that, dinner will be served to our special guests. In addition to it, there will be special discounts for people who make advance booking for the

first week.

Having you as our guest will be a hit, as you are one of the top artists and you latest drama serial was totally a hit which has raised your fan following. People are keen to know about your endless efforts and they would find directions if, they want to persue their career in acting. Could you please inform us about your availibility through email so, that we can plan thing accordingly.
