Dear Sahruk khan

This theatre will not be only for children and young people but also for older people who want to do work as artists.
our comapny want you as a chef because you are the main inspiration behind becoming a successful actor. As you achieved such a huge fan following and success in the acting field and earned respect in society.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response covers all three bullet points required by the prompt. You successfully mention information about the new theatre located in Mumbai, invite the famous actor Shahrukh Khan to open it, and explain why he would be a suitable person due to his inspiring career and massive following. However, there is a major confusion regarding the role, as you mistakenly invite him to be a chef instead of performing the opening honours. Ideas are somewhat repetitive regarding inspiration, and the tone fluctuates, but all parts of the prompt are addressed to a minimally adequate degree.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The letter follows a basic structural layout, beginning with a salutation and ending with a sign-off, although the opening salutation is informal ('Dear Sahruk khan'). Paragraphing is attempted, with the text broken into an introduction, body, and conclusion. However, the logical progression is hindered by abrupt shifts in topic and repetitive phrasing. Cohesive devices are minimal and basic, and referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the sudden pivot from discussing an acting theatre to inviting him as a chef.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The lexical range is limited and repetitive. You use basic vocabulary such as 'good', 'company', 'theater', and 'success' frequently. There are noticeable lexical errors, most notably the inappropriate word choice of inviting a famous actor to be a 'chef', which heavily strains the context of the letter. Other errors include capitalization issues ('Sahruk khan', 'our comapny'). Spelling and word choice are minimally adequate to convey a general meaning, but cause significant confusion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response contains a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as 'This theatre will not be only for children and young people but also for older people who want to do work as artists.' However, there are frequent grammatical errors, including tense and modal verb issues ('I hope you will be good', 'When you will come'), incorrect prepositions, and missing articles. Punctuation is also problematic, particularly with sentence fragments and lack of capitals. These errors cause some difficulty for the reader.
