Dear Mr. Kapoor,
I am writing to invite you to inauguration ceremony for our upcoming theatre in Mumbai city.
I am working for a Blue entertainment company. Our company plans to open a new theatre in West road soon. This theatre has five LED screens. Apart from this, it has advanced sound system so that viewers can feel the depth of the movie seen. Moreover, we will offer delicious burgers and popcorns for the viewers in our cafe.
We all know you are very busy with your next film promotion. But I would like to invite you for the opening event of this new theatre on Sunday, 13th October. I would be really grateful if you could attend this ceremony.
The primary reasons why my company wants you to attend this event is that we are planning to screen your upcoming movie as a first screen event in our theatre. Furthermore, we all know you are very hard working person. Your presence can inspire a lot of youngsters there who want to become a successful actor.
I hope you will consider my request. Thank you for your time and consideration.
