Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses the main parts of the prompt, but the coverage is somewhat limited and under-developed. While you mention that the new theatre is located at Pashupati plaza street no 20, Kathmandu, and attempt to invite the actor to open it, the explanation of why she or he would be a good person for the role remains very basic, relying on simple statements such as 'You are the famous actor of our country.' The ideas are not fully extended, and the tone fluctuates between formal and informal elements, which prevents the response from moving to a higher level of task fulfillment.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

There is some organisation in the letter, with basic paragraph breaks separating the introduction, body details, and conclusion. However, there is no clear overall progression of ideas, and the logical flow between sentences feels disjointed. Cohesive devices are sometimes inaccurate or repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'on it' in the third paragraph ('concerts also performmed on it. clients got enjoyed on it'). Referencing is also occasionally unclear, which creates some choppy transitions and stops the writing from achieving a smoother, more logical arrangement of information.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

Your vocabulary range is limited but minimally adequate to communicate your basic message. You attempt some less common phrases, but this leads to noticeable lexical and word-choice errors, such as 'feeling grateful to invite you' instead of 'pleased to invite you', and 'performmed' or 'got enjoyed'. Spelling and word formation errors, such as 'invitation card including a location' and the inappropriate closing phrase 'Yours loving,', are present and occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader in understanding your exact intended meaning.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writing demonstrates a limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple sentences with frequent errors when attempting more complex patterns. There are noticeable mistakes in verb forms, prepositions, and articles, such as 'for an entertainment company which we are planning', 'waiting to welcome on this special event', and missing capitalization or punctuation control. These frequent grammatical errors can cause some difficulty for the reader and indicate that better control over basic sentence mechanics is needed.
