DEAR KIARA,
I HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL. I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO INVITE YOU FOR A GRAND OPENING CEREMONY OF OUR NEW THEATRE AT NAVI MUMBAI. OUR COMPANY WAS TRYING TO OPEN THIS FROM LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS, AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE GOOD LOCATION AND OUR BUDGET.
THE NEW THEATRE WILL PARTICULARLY FOCUS ON THE SHOOTING OF ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION SHOWS SUCH AS KBC, COMEDY SHOWS AND MANY MORE. IT WAS CHAOS AT THIS THEATRE WHEN WE HAD MULTIPLE SHOOTS GOING ON, AND TO EASE OUT THIS WE THOUGHT OF THIS.

SO, FEEL FREE TO ASK IF YOU ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS AND LET ME KNOW YOUR AVAILABILITY.
BEST REGARDS,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You successfully address all parts of the task by providing information about the new theatre in Navi Mumbai, inviting Kiara to open it as the chief guest, and explaining why she is a suitable choice because of her recent popular television role. However, some ideas are more fully developed than others, which places your response at this level. For instance, the explanation about the shooting of entertainment television shows and the background of the company could be expanded further with more specific details to fully flesh out the context of the event. On the other hand, the invitation and the rationale regarding her recent acting success are clearly communicated, ensuring the core purpose of the letter is achieved.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
Your letter demonstrates a coherent overall arrangement with a logical flow from the opening greeting and purpose of writing to the specific details of the theatre and the formal invitation. You use standard paragraphing to separate different points, such as introducing the theatre, explaining its purpose, and making the request. However, cohesion is at times a bit mechanical or faulty. For example, transition markers like 'THEREFORE' feel slightly abrupt, and referencing could be smoother, such as clarifying what 'this' refers to in phrases like 'to ease out this we thought of this'. Overall, the organization is clear enough to guide the reader through your message without confusion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common phrases like 'grand opening ceremony' and 'chief guest'. However, there are noticeable word choice and collocation errors that reflect this band level. For instance, writing 'trying to open this from last couple of months' contains an inappropriate preposition and tense usage, and 'recently casted' should be 'recently cast' since the past participle of cast is unchanged. Additionally, phrases like 'praising it so much about your role' are slightly unnatural in collocation. Nevertheless, your lexical choices are sufficient to convey your meaning clearly without impeding communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence forms throughout the letter, such as combining clauses with conjunctions like 'and' and 'as'. There are some errors in grammar and punctuation, but they rarely impede communication. Examples include missing articles, such as 'for A grand opening ceremony' and 'looking for THE good location', as well as prepositional and structural slips in 'ask if you any questions' where the verb 'have' is missing. Tense control also fluctuates slightly, such as 'was trying to open this from last couple of months'. Despite these recurring minor inaccuracies, your control is adequate to maintain readability.
