Dear Shradhha Kapoor,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this to invite you for opening ceremony of a "Rajhans Cinema". Which is a going to start their new journey with entertainment next week. It is located at the center of town and conveniently accessible with any transportation facilities. Moreover, it is a first sleeping chair theatre in our locality with wide range of other amenities.
Even though event is on sunday I am excited to see you on that day. Please take out some time for our function and enhance the beauty of our program.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requirements: you describe the theatre as centrally located, mention its “sleeping chair” facilities, invite the actor to the opening and ribbon-cutting, and explain that her popularity and behaviour could inspire local people. This covers the task well and gives the letter a clear purpose. The explanation of why she is suitable is less fully developed, however: “one of most favourite” and “supporting and respectful behaviour” are broad claims, with no specific example of her influence or connection to the community. The opening details could also be clearer, particularly the date and what the ceremony will involve. Adding one or two concrete details and developing the reason for choosing this actor would make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: the first paragraph introduces the theatre, the next makes the invitation, and the final body paragraph explains why the actor is being asked. The closing is also appropriate for a formal invitation. Some links feel mechanical or unclear, though. “Even though event is on sunday” does not clearly contrast with the preceding information, and “Apart from this” introduces a reason that is closely related to the previous one rather than a distinct point. The sentence beginning “Which is a going to start” is also detached from the sentence before it, interrupting the flow. Use clearer links such as “The opening ceremony will take place…” and connect each paragraph’s ideas directly to the invitation.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of vocabulary for a formal invitation, including “opening ceremony,” “conveniently accessible,” “amenities,” and “ribbon cutting ceremony.” These choices help communicate the purpose and some features of the venue. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “sleeping chair theatre,” “enhance the beauty of our program,” and “open the new door of our company by your hand.” There are also spelling errors in “inhabitans” and “comapny,” and “most favourite” is not idiomatic. These do not prevent the reader from understanding the main message, but they reduce precision and naturalness. Prefer familiar, accurate expressions such as “reclining-seat cinema” and “inaugurate the theatre.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the clause beginning “Even though” and the sentence using “because.” The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors are noticeable. For example, “Which is a going to start” is an incomplete sentence with an incorrect verb construction; “you are one of most favourite” is missing an article; and “I keen to open” needs a verb such as “am.” There are also issues with sentence boundaries and punctuation, including the full stop before “Which.” Review articles, auxiliary verbs, and how dependent clauses connect to complete sentences. More accurate control of these patterns would make the invitation smoother and more professional.
