Dear Katerina,
I hope you're in the pink oh heath! I am writing this letter to invite in opening ceremony of theatre establised by my company.
The ceremony will start at 12 p.m on 14 october its in model town. It is quite busy area so i sugessted to leave early from home so you can avoid traffic which must be very irritated. Furthermore, there must about 100 people invited too.
Moreover, the reason i wanted you to be there that you are born here and you are inspiration of many people who are leaving there. Other main aspect is is that you are very kind, harworking person and you always support other people who are in need .
I am eagerly waiting for your response it would be great if you accept this invitation. Thankyou so much for your time and understanding.
Your Admirer,
Bhupinder Kaur

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address the main purpose by inviting Katerina to the opening and giving the date, time, location, and expected attendance. You also explain that she is a local inspiration and a kind, supportive person, which gives a relevant reason for choosing her. However, the theatre itself is barely described, and the invitation could be more explicit and developed; for example, clarify what role you would like her to play at the ceremony. The advice about traffic takes space without adding much to the requested information. The response is also three words below the required minimum. Add a little detail about the theatre and the event to cover all parts more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a recognisable structure: an opening, details about the ceremony, reasons for inviting the actor, and a closing. Paragraphing helps separate these points, and connectors such as “Furthermore” and “Moreover” show how ideas relate. However, some links are mechanical, and the progression is weakened by the abrupt shift from event details to traffic advice. The sentence beginning “I am eagerly waiting” runs into the request without clear punctuation, while repeated “other” phrasing makes the reasons less smooth. Use a clearer sequence—introduce the theatre, make the invitation, then explain the actor’s suitability—and connect the closing sentences more carefully.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for a formal invitation, including “opening ceremony,” “inspiration,” and “invitation.” However, the range is limited, and several inaccurate or misspelled expressions make the letter less natural and occasionally difficult to interpret. “In the pink oh heath” appears to be an incorrect version of an idiom, while “irritated” does not naturally describe traffic and “leaving there” is unclear. Spelling errors such as “establised,” “sugessted,” and “harworking” are also noticeable. Choose straightforward, accurate phrases rather than attempting idioms, and check spelling and collocations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response uses mostly simple sentence patterns, with a few attempts to combine ideas using “so,” “which,” and “that.” These attempts show some range, but several sentences are incomplete or inaccurately formed. For example, “The ceremony will start at 12 p.m on 14 october its in model town” joins clauses without suitable punctuation, and “the reason i wanted you to be there that” is missing a grammatical link. The sentence about the actor being kind and supportive also has an unclear structure. Improve control of sentence boundaries, articles, and clause construction; for instance, write “The ceremony will begin at 12 p.m. on 14 October, and the theatre is in Model Town.”
