In our current theater lines we have observed a great and a consistent fandom of yours both online and locally, especially regarding your new movie "The Amazing Spiderman 3" thats why it could be a great opportunity for a big fan meetup as well. We will take incharge of everything here if you want.

So, in breaf we would like to invite you to open our new theater on 3 March 2027 which is 4 months away. If theres any overlapping with your schedule, let us know we will try to arrange flexible timing and work around.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three required points: you identify the theatre and its location, invite Andrew Garfield to open it on a specific date, and explain that his local and online fanbase could make the event appealing. The reason for choosing him is relevant, and the offer to manage arrangements adds a practical detail. However, the theatre itself is described only briefly, and the explanation of why he is suitable relies mainly on his popularity; it could be developed with a clearer link to his career or connection with audiences. The reference to “The Amazing Spiderman 3” may also be unclear to the recipient. Overall, the purpose is clear, but some ideas need fuller and more precise development.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a generally clear sequence: an introduction, a reason for the invitation, the date and scheduling arrangements, and a closing. Paragraphing helps separate these stages, and phrases such as “So, in brief” signal the move to the invitation details. Some connections are less smooth, however. The opening combines the theatre announcement and invitation in one long sentence, while “In our current theater lines” does not clearly explain how the observation relates to the event. The repeated use of “we” and the abrupt shift to the date make parts feel mechanical. A more direct progression, with one paragraph describing the venue and another explaining the invitation and its rationale, would make the message easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main purpose, including “opening day,” “fandom,” “opportunity,” and “flexible timing.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “locally” and “work around,” though some combinations are not natural or precise in context. Spelling and word-choice errors—such as “marketting,” “breaf,” and “incharge”—are noticeable, and phrases like “With grace of best wishes” and “current theater lines” make the intended meaning less clear. The message remains understandable overall, but more accurate spelling and conventional collocations would improve clarity and make the invitation sound more professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response includes both simple statements and longer sentences, for example the sentence explaining the fanbase and the sentence about accommodating the actor’s schedule. However, control is uneven, and several sentence structures are faulty. “Nothing could be better then Andrew Garfield himself will be present” does not form a correct clause; it could be rewritten as “Nothing would be better than having you present.” The opening also needs a verb and article: “I am Kirat Modi, a marketing coordinator.” In “if theres any overlapping with your schedule,” the conditional clause is not formed accurately. These errors sometimes make the reader pause, although the overall message can still be understood. Aim for shorter, complete sentences and check clause structure, articles, and punctuation.
