Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three points: you describe XON’s theatre expansion, invite Kumar to open the venue, and explain that his connection with fans and community service make him a suitable guest. The invitation is clear and the reasons are relevant. However, the theatre information is quite general: “located in 101 Hyderabad, Jubille” does not clearly explain the venue’s features or what makes it notable, and the opening arrangements are not specified. The reason based on his public service is more developed than the description of the theatre itself. To strengthen the letter, add a few concrete details about the venue and the event, and make the invitation’s practical arrangements clearer.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: it introduces you and the company, describes the theatre project, makes the invitation, and then gives reasons for choosing the actor. Paragraph breaks help the reader follow these stages, and phrases such as “As part of our branch extension” and “While we are looking for” signal relationships between ideas. Some connections are less smooth or precise, however. The opening reference to the actor’s upcoming film feels separate from the purpose of the letter, and “For last 3 months” does not clearly connect the company’s work to the theatre opening. Use transitions that directly link the venue’s development, the event, and the actor’s suitability, while keeping references to the recipient consistent.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a range of relevant vocabulary, including “prominent,” “branch extension,” “chief guest,” “community,” and “positive energy,” so the message is understandable and suited to a formal invitation. There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems that reduce precision, such as “exicted,” “thall,” “lcoated,” and “theater Industries.” Some combinations are unnatural or unclear: “owning and print distribution of theatres” and “make our trademark in theatre Industries” do not communicate the intended business activity clearly. Choose more conventional expressions, such as “theatre operations” or “establish our reputation,” and check spelling and capitalization carefully. More precise vocabulary for the venue and opening event would also make the letter more convincing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including “While we are looking for special guest to open this theatre, we couldn't think of any other person…” and “I read a news article about social services that you are doing…”. The main message remains clear, but some grammatical errors occur in verb forms, articles, agreement, and sentence construction. For example, “For the past 25 years, our company is” needs a tense that reflects an activity continuing to the present, while “we are grand opening” and “theater and gives best wishes” have faulty verb patterns. There are also missing articles in phrases such as “as a chief guest.” Review tense consistency and verb forms, and proofread sentence boundaries and punctuation to make your varied structures more controlled.
