Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three required points: you describe the theatre, invite the actor to its opening, and explain why their presence would be valuable. Details such as “15 screens,” 4D entertainment, and the opening date make the invitation relevant. However, the explanation of the actor’s suitability is brief and general: saying that people “love and respect” them and that their presence would give the event “a great edge” would be stronger with a specific link to their career or audience appeal. The theatre information could also be clearer and more fully explained. The response is 19 words below the required minimum, so it needs further development as well as additional length.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: it introduces the purpose, gives information about the venue, makes the invitation, and then explains the choice of guest. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these functions, and phrases such as “Moreover” and “As” signal relationships between ideas. Some connections are mechanical or unclear, however. “As your recent movie is touching the skies now-a-days” does not clearly connect the actor’s popularity to the theatre opening, and the list of facilities would benefit from a more deliberate sequence. A clearer progression from the theatre’s features to the event details and then to the actor’s suitability would make the letter easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main information, including “grand opening,” “presence,” and “respect.” There are also attempts at more descriptive language, but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural for a formal invitation. “4d exposure” does not clearly describe the experience, “touching the skies” is an awkward way to express a film’s success, and “provide a great edge” is vague in this context. Spelling and word-form choices such as “cafetaria” and “incliners” also reduce precision. Aim for natural collocations and precise names for the theatre’s facilities; this will make your message sound more polished without requiring unusually advanced vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The letter includes both simple sentences and some attempts at more complex structures, such as “People can also enjoy…” and “As your recent movie…”. The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors affect accuracy. For example, “It will be a biggest theatre” needs an article and superlative correction, while “which have 15 screens” has a subject–verb agreement error. In “which will attracts,” the verb form after “will” is incorrect, and “People … loves and respect you” has agreement problems. Review articles, agreement, and verb forms, and check that each sentence has a clear grammatical structure. More accurate control of these patterns would strengthen the letter.
