Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three required points: you describe the theatre’s location, capacity and facilities, invite Salman to the opening, and explain his appeal through his contribution to film and large fan following. The invitation is clear, and the date gives it a practical detail. The explanation of why he is suitable is relevant, but it is less fully developed than the theatre description; for example, you could connect his particular achievements or public influence more directly to the theatre’s cultural events. The opening also contains an unclear phrase, “invite you for the inaugurate,” which slightly obscures the purpose. The response covers the task well overall, with some ideas needing further development and clearer expression.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter follows a sensible sequence: purpose, theatre details, invitation, and reasons for choosing the actor. Paragraphing helps the reader distinguish these stages, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “After considering” show an effort to connect ideas. However, some connections are awkward or incomplete. “Because the contribution you put in the film industry…” is presented as a sentence fragment, while “After considering your performances…” does not link smoothly to the claim that he is the ideal person. The closing also runs several ideas together. More natural transitions and clearer sentence boundaries would make the progression more fluent and less dependent on formulaic linking.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a range of task-relevant vocabulary, including “capacity,” “live concerts,” “cultural events,” “lighting system,” and “fan following.” These choices communicate the main information, and there is some attempt at formal language in “formally invite” and “honour us.” However, several inaccurate word choices, collocations and spelling errors reduce precision: “inaugurate our new constructed theatre,” “professional output,” “speical,” and “appericiated.” Some phrases sound translated rather than natural, such as “the contribution you put in the film industry.” Aim for conventional expressions and check spelling carefully. This would make your vocabulary more reliable while retaining the useful range already shown.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “which is scheduled on next month” and a reason clause beginning “Because.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but grammatical errors occur across the letter and sometimes make the reader pause. Examples include “It have a modern lighting system,” “We would delighted,” and “Your presence on 15th november make this speical event memorable,” where agreement and missing verb forms affect clarity. The opening also lacks a grammatical construction after “invite you.” Work on complete sentence structure, subject–verb agreement, articles and verb forms, then proofread punctuation and sentence boundaries. More accurate control of these patterns is needed for greater range to be effective.
