Nowadays it's possible for people to buy many products or pay for treatments that help them to look younger.

Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

In modern days, now it is possible for public to buy skincare products or spending for treatments that help them to look younger. I believe it is a good idea for take care of skin.

Nowadays people have money and they want to use it. They get influenced by bollywood celebrities, influencers. Because through social media now people gaina plenty of knowledge related to makeup, fashion, products. For instance many female influencers such as Tarini Peshawaria who is a skincare artist and promote many products such as Serums, Moisturizers, Cleansers and other makeup related things. When we watch their videos we get attracted and many girls buy products.

On the other side it is a good thing such as someone who follow day and night skincare. Their skin is glowing. Unfortunately, As we know everything is available online. Many websites are available for fashion and other related items such as Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit. If we do not like the item we can return it or can ask for refund. In other words, we have many options. We can go to big malls, markets, shops or otherwise online. It is easy to access evrything.

I believe it is a good thing. Because skincare is important but underbudget. Becasue everyone cannot afford it. In other words, it is helpful for glowing the sking, improve skin texture, fade acne marks. But it is not related to look younger. Many expensive treatments celebrities foolows such as Laser, Ultrasound theat help them to look younger.

In conclusion, it is a good way for improving the skin by using serums. But ordinary people cannot afford that expensive treatments. I think we do not need to over do with our skin. Because skin is so sensitive part. We must follow skin care routines and eat healthy. In this way we can take care of it and it is affordable.
