Dear sir
I am writing this letter to you to exprees my feeling of satisfaction about your moving service .
Firstly, the staff was very cooperative , helpful and freindly. They really care about the furniture as like their home material aslo their timing was perfect .They did all moving on exact time also in a oraganised way .
I want to give best rating to Mandeep . He has a very helpful nature . He behaved like a professional worker . Along with moving , he also helped me to sit all the furniture at home .
I am really impressed by his service and customer skills.
There is one thing which i need to bring your attention . They had no proper instrumental for safety purpose like safety west , gloves . This is because sometime home material are heavy . So , it would be beneficial to look at safety purpose .
Overall, everything was best experience
Yours faithfully

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0
You address all three requested points: you describe the staff as cooperative and punctual, praise Mandeep for helping arrange the furniture, and raise the lack of safety equipment. The purpose is clear throughout, and the concern is relevant and accompanied by a reason. The positive points are also supported with details, such as the team working in an organised way and Mandeep showing professional customer service. To make the response more fully developed, explain the practical effect of the missing gloves or safety vests, or specify what you would like the company to do. Also use the requested opening, “Dear Sir or Madam,” rather than “Dear sir”; this would make the letter’s format more appropriate.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall progression: it opens with the purpose, moves to the positive aspects and Mandeep’s contribution, then presents a concern and closes with an overall comment. Paragraphing helps distinguish these points, and signposts such as “Firstly,” “There is one thing,” and “Overall” make the sequence easy to follow. This is a coherent arrangement, though some linking is mechanical and the ideas within paragraphs could connect more smoothly. For example, the shift from praising Mandeep to describing his help arranging furniture is abrupt. Use a wider range of natural links and clearer references, and make the closing comment relate directly to the balance of positive and negative feedback.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main points, including “cooperative,” “professional,” “customer skills,” and “safety purpose.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the reader pause. Examples include “home material” for household belongings, “sit all the furniture” for arrange or position the furniture, and “instrumental” for equipment. There are also spelling errors such as “exprees,” “freindly,” and “oraganised.” Build accuracy by learning common phrases for moving services and safety equipment, and proofread spelling. More precise wording would make your praise and complaint clearer and more natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
Your sentences communicate the basic message, and you attempt some longer structures, such as “This is because sometime home material are heavy.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation. For example, “the staff was” is followed by plural “They,” while “They had no proper instrumental” lacks a grammatically suitable noun phrase. In “He also helped me to sit all the furniture at home,” the verb pattern does not express the intended action. Several sentences also run together or have inconsistent spacing around punctuation. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with clauses using “because” or “which.”
