IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to provide feedback on your service to help in moving furnitures and our belongings to our new place.

We booked your service on 27th of july ,2026 with your removal company and we are glad that we chose your service. First of all, thank you so much to your team to make our transition smooth. Mainly, we were worried about our all furniture pieces as they are really important to us from the years.

Moreover, I would appreciate the help of vinit patel, he is smart and talented man. Additonally, he helped throughout the day with all the necessory instructions and to pack stuff.

However, although we paid full payment of big vehicle to move our belongings to new place, the U-haul truck was too small so It was challanging for us to trasfer stuff from old place to new one.

I hope you improve your service in future and thank you again for the support.
