You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing a letter to give an review on a moving service of your removal company. I had to move out from my old apartment to new one on last weekends in a really short time. As a result, I contacted your company to move my furniture from old place to new location.

To begin with, I would appreciate your prompt response for booking procedure. Due to an personal emergency, I needed immediate support for moving out and that I received from your staff. Moreover, employees reached on time at my old location, which saved my majority time. Therefore, removal of my personal belongings was done without any inconvenience.

In addition, there was an employee who particularly helped me a lot to arrange and differentiate all the boxes at my new home. He spent almost an hour to unpack my stuff and assign other staff members accordingly. I would like to thank him personally and appreciate his work.
