IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

I recently used your company to move my belongings from old apartment to new apartment. I am really impressed with your employees whose help is more than everything for me.

In the past, when i hired a company to move my things. firstly they did not come at my first call and also they charged me with high price according to the market price. Also employees were very rude and not taking care of my goods the complete opposite the employees of your company are very helpful and listen costumer with calm.

Despite of that there is only one thing which disappoint me is the truck you send for moving had no belts to hold things in truck. Without belts it is very unsafe for things and can cause break. Fortunately I had the belts which used to hold things in the truck. Overall you must provide belts as well to keep safe things of your costumer otherwise you would be responsible for any kind of loss.
