IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this to give my feedback about the moving service I used last week from your company.

I am very satisfied for your service, especially the size of your truck is significantly large, it took only two rounds to move my furniture and everything is safe, because of employees handle everything very nicely. The estimate service time were 8 hours but your staff moved everything in just 5 hours, which directly saved my 3 hours.

Specially I want to appreciate your one of the employee name raj, because he helped me to arrange my things after moved to another house, originally it was not included in the service, I really liked his dedication towards job.

However, only one think I did not liked about your company is the reception area, because there is not any seating arrangement, I am a heart patient and it was very difficult for me to stand for long time.

Thank you for your service. I hope will be take my feedback positively.
