Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my positive feeling and love reagarding your serice which i received from your organization. Recently, I moved to my new house which i am very grateful to the god that god showed me that day where i have my own house. I am living in apartment for seven years and when i was thinking about the furniture i got panicked because there is no one who will help me, i choose your service the workers were really helpful they came early in the morning i packed all the chairs, sofas, beds etc all the wooden things properly like with thermacol so thats the glasses are safe. After packing they did the cleaning of my house as well, which i felt cheerful.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points required by the task: explaining what went well, praising an employee, and mentioning a negative aspect. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat uneven. The narrative about the moving process is a bit rambling and includes irrelevant personal details about your feelings and religious gratitude, which detracts from the professional tone required for a formal letter. While the complaint about the broken flower pot is clear, the request for compensation is phrased in a way that lacks the appropriate formal register. To improve, focus on keeping the content strictly relevant to the service provided and adopt a more professional, concise tone throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The letter is divided into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or misused. For example, the transition 'Another thing, i want to mention about jass' is informal and clunky. The flow between sentences is frequently interrupted by run-on sentences and comma splices, such as 'I am living in apartment for seven years and when i was thinking about the furniture i got panicked because there is no one who will help me'. Using more varied linking words like 'furthermore', 'consequently', or 'however' would improve the logical progression of your ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and formal register expected in a business letter. You rely on basic descriptors like 'positive feeling', 'love', and 'cheerful'. There are also several word-choice errors, such as 'reagarding' (spelling), 'serice' (spelling), and the misuse of 'thermacol' (which is a brand name, not a general term for packing material). To reach a higher band, focus on using more sophisticated collocations and ensuring your spelling is accurate. Avoid informal phrasing like 'i am giving her five stars' and 'cooked the food like home'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text that occasionally impede the flow of reading. You struggle with subject-verb agreement, article usage (e.g., 'the god', 'in apartment'), and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on, lacking proper punctuation to separate distinct ideas. For instance, 'I packed all the chairs, sofas, beds etc all the wooden things properly like with thermacol so thats the glasses are safe' is grammatically fragmented. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often inaccurate. Focusing on basic sentence construction—ensuring each sentence has a clear subject, verb, and proper punctuation—will significantly improve your score.
