Dear sir or madam,
As you know, i recently used your company for help for moving my furniture and possessions to my new apartment and with your request i would give my feedback, first of all i really like the service, especially the team work that day. they moving my furniture, they show their coordination with each other and also move the things in carefully.
Moving further, i would like to praise one of the best employee named Balkar, he really guide his co-worker how they shift all the stuff without any damage or breakage. Everything go well as he is really polite with his team.
And i also want mention the thing that make me upset that was timing. As company said they send their worker around 10 am, but they come at 1pm, as i have wait so long. Owing to this, i not able to save my time as after moving i had to attend my cousin's birthday party and i went late there. That only thing that i don't like.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter addresses all three bullet points required by the prompt: it mentions the positive aspects of the move, praises a specific employee, and identifies a problem with the timing. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter of feedback. However, the development of ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, the explanation of the timing issue is a bit repetitive, and the praise for the employee could be more detailed to fully satisfy the requirements of a Band 7 response. Overall, the task is fulfilled, but the depth of the response is limited.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the narrative. There is a clear progression from the positive aspects to the negative feedback. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and limited. Phrases like 'Moving further' and 'And i also want mention' are used to transition between ideas, but the flow between sentences within paragraphs is occasionally disjointed. The punctuation, particularly the lack of capitalization and run-on sentences, occasionally hinders the smooth flow of information, which prevents a higher score in this category.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the student to communicate their experience clearly. There are some attempts at using topic-specific vocabulary, such as 'possessions', 'coordination', and 'breakage'. However, the range is limited, and there are some inaccuracies in word choice, such as 'help for moving' instead of 'help with moving' and 'shift all the stuff' which is slightly informal. The spelling of 'i' as a lowercase letter throughout the text is a persistent error that affects the overall impression of lexical control.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response relies heavily on simple sentence structures. While there are attempts at complex sentences, they are often marred by grammatical errors, such as 'they moving my furniture' (missing auxiliary verb) and 'as i have wait so long' (incorrect tense). Subject-verb agreement and verb tense consistency are frequent issues throughout the letter. Punctuation is also a significant weakness, with many sentences joined by commas rather than full stops, leading to run-on sentences. These errors occur frequently and occasionally cause the reader to pause, though the meaning remains generally understandable.
