You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

Dear Sir,

I am writing this email to appraise your efforts in helping me to move my furniture.

First of all I would agree on the fact that on how safely you took care of my expensive furniture while moving from Etobicoke to Windsor. The movers used trolleys to move big furniture and marked all the boxes with labels for easy understanding while unpacking it in my new house.

Moreover, I would like to let you know about a worker who took intense care of my dog on that day, his name was Raju. Raju did a great job by creating a safe place in a box with blankets to make my dog comfortable and feel safe while being in the truck as the journey was of 4 hours from Etobicoke.

Unfortunately, there happens to be a complain about your truck which did not have any tools to replace the flat tire that occurred on the the way to Windsor, we had to wait for 2 hours for the tools to arrive which was arranged by one of your London branch.
