Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have successfully addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt: explaining what went well, praising a specific employee, and mentioning a negative aspect of the service. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter of feedback. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the complaint regarding the delay could be more effectively linked to the impact it had on your schedule. While the task is fully covered, the response would benefit from more detailed explanations to better justify your points and provide a more comprehensive review.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter follows a logical structure, with clear paragraphing separating the different aspects of your feedback. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Overall', 'I would like to', and 'As a result' to connect your ideas. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and there are instances where referencing is slightly unclear, such as in the sentence 'Every time he asked me about the product who required extra carful'. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would enhance the overall coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message clearly. You use some relevant topic-specific terms like 'moving service', 'furniture', and 'electronic devices'. However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'work efficient work and time' and 'stress full moving a day'. Additionally, there are minor errors in word form, such as 'praised' instead of 'praise' and 'carful' instead of 'careful'. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and ensuring correct word forms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, particularly with verb tenses and subject-verb agreement, such as 'All the items are moved' (should be 'were moved') and 'It take two hours delay' (should be 'It took a two-hour delay'). There are also issues with sentence construction, such as 'I am not able to my other worked'. These errors are noticeable and occasionally impede the flow, though they do not prevent the reader from understanding your main points.
