You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to give feedback about your service to move my furniture and possessions to new apartment.

The staff were very helpfull and experienced in this industry. One aspect of the service that I particularly appreciated was the way staff wrapped all the furniture and taking extra care for the fragile products such as flower vase and crockery.

I would like to give special thanks to an employee who not only helped me to transfer all the furniture and possessions to new apartment but also provided handfull assistance to set up all the furniture over there.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service you provided; however, I believe there is one area that needs improvement: time management. I booked the moving service at 8AM but all the staff arrived an hour late, which resulted made me to give empty flat and key to the owner.
