You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my satisfaction about your service to help move my furniture and possessions to my new apartment. Your company is extremely professional about moving my goods which was very vulnerable.

Your staffs are well trained how to pack all good like glass container and kitchen utensils. moreover, I have so many books which need special care. Your staffs reached at my place at their scheduled time and start packing as soon as possible. It hardly take 6 hours to complete whole product to be packed. It was really appreciable that in this time they are manage to do all stuffs.

Particularly your manager Ramesh was very helpful to pack all things very preciously. He arranged bubble wrap to pack all glass materials which managed to further damage of any materials. Furthermore, he was very polite and sensitive to my concern about all goods.

only one thing I was disappointed that should be handle with care. They don't properly wrap my scooter as it can be scratched on outer side. But they assured me that it could not happen as they took it separately. otherwise I am really happy with your service.
