Initially, I would like to praise your all the staff because they are arrived on time which makes moving process faster. In addition to that, they handled all the heavy furniture as well as fragile box along with great care and it enables fewer damage of my goods. Thus, entire loading and unloading process went smoother than I expected.
Moreover, I want to give special praise to your one of the staff members named John. He was very enthustic during moving phase, and he bringed a huge amount to positivity in order to handle diffecult task. Owing to this fascinating quality, all other workes were encourage to perform determinal loading of the goods.
However, I am disappointed with your moving van since it damaged twice to reach at my new location which leads plenty of delay in between moving duration.
I would appreciate if you could look for solving this issue, and thank you for providing excellent service.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The candidate has successfully addressed all parts of the task prompt within the letter format. The response clearly explains what went well on the move day, such as the punctual arrival of the staff and the careful handling of fragile items, as seen in the phrase 'handled all the heavy furniture as well as fragile box along with great care'. Furthermore, the employee John is specifically praised for his enthusiastic attitude, and an aspect of dissatisfaction is clearly mentioned regarding the unreliable moving van that caused significant delays. The tone is appropriate for a formal complaint letter, and all bullet points are covered adequately. Therefore, this fulfills the requirements for a Band 6.5 or 7.0 for Task Achievement, and we award a solid 6.5.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is generally coherent and follows a logical structure. Paragraphs are used appropriately to separate different points, such as the positive aspects in the second paragraph, the praise for John in the third, and the complaint regarding the van in the fourth. The candidate uses basic cohesive devices like 'Initially', 'In addition to that', 'Moreover', and 'However' to guide the reader through the text. However, some referencing and transitional links feel slightly mechanical or repetitive, such as 'which makes moving process faster' and 'which leads plenty of delay'. These minor issues with cohesion prevent the text from reaching a higher band, placing it comfortably at Band 6.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The student displays an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully attempting less common items such as 'fragile box', 'enthustic', and 'fascinating quality'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word choice inaccuracies throughout the text, such as 'enthustic' instead of enthusiastic, 'bringed' instead of brought, 'workes' instead of workers, and 'determinal' instead of determined. Furthermore, collocations are occasionally unnatural, such as 'service which I took from your company' instead of received. Despite these lexical slips, communication is never impeded because the intended meaning remains entirely clear to the reader. This performance aligns well with the Band 6.0 descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The response demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, utilizing relative clauses and subordinate structures like 'I would appreciate if you could look for solving this issue'. However, there are several grammatical errors related to tense consistency and verb forms, notably 'they are arrived' instead of arrived, 'it enables fewer damage' instead of resulted in fewer damages, and 'it damaged twice to reach' instead of broke down twice. Punctuation is generally acceptable, and while these errors do occur frequently, they rarely impede overall communication. The presence of these recurring non-systematic structural mistakes points directly to a Band 6.0 score.
