You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this letter to you in order to give some feedback related to your work done on last wednesday. Although that day was cloudy and rainy, your team indeed did a great job. Honestly, I was worried because I was busy at my work and I had stuff made by wood.

Moreover, there was a boy named Raju who was hard- working, dedicated, and strong. When rest of the people of your team was enjoying their break, he was the one who was continuously doing work rather than taking a break. with the assistance of that man, we all were able to done my moving to another apartment.

Nevertheless, as compared to other companies, the charges of your company was much higher, and this made me disatisfied. Instead of helping me in organizing my stuff, your team just moved all packed stuff.

Overall, my first experience was good with your company and may be will see you again.Thank you for asking my reviews.
