IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Sir,

I trust you find my letter well. I would like to appericate your service as it was a really wonderful experience. Your team did not give me any chance to complaint.

First and foremost is your puntuality as it was decided on call that everyone should be my place at sharp 8:00 AM which I was shocked to find that on excact time, Someone from your team ring my doorbell.

Your team member Andrew made me to write down the feedback beacuse he did an amazing job as we found one difficulity to transport heavy furniture which he solved with his carpentery skill. However the other guys were also helpful and professional to service and one thing which was cheery on pie the communication of your team.

Overall, I have no any concern with your work even though I already gave your contact to my friend Jack who might be call you this weekend for moving his apartment.
