IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to thank you and your workers to help me to relocate my furniture to my new place. I am quiet satisfied from the service i get from the people who helpd me to move each and every item carefully and safely.

Every thing went very smoothly as the guy carrying stuff was very friendly and respectful , as he made sure we carry some valuable items with extra cair, so we do not break it, also they leave everything on time.

There is one thing I would like to address that the booking part is quiet frustrating and need more training and improvement, as the person on call to collect payments and booking dates is not clear as we messed up with the date I selected.

However the overall experience is satisfying and trustable., i will defenetly recoment this company to others.
