IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

Dear sir,

I am writing to express my profound gratitude on the logistics services rendered to me last week and also notify you of some lapses that I encountered with your company.

Firstly, I must attest that Maldini is one of the best in the town, having used it for over three years now. My furnitures were safely relocated to my apartment at the agreed time with a discount on the usual price. This part got me exicited and made me give more recommendations to my friends.

In addition, one of the staff was so outstanding in delivering his duty. He went to the extent of helping me unwrap and clean the seats. He deserve an award from the management for his patience and good work.

However, one of the tables was omitted during loading which later cost me extra money to transport it. On this note, I recommend you to do proper investigation on the incident and make the necesary corrections to avoid futher occurence.
