You recently used a company to help you move your furniture and possessions to your new apartment. The removal company has now asked for your feedback about the service they provided.

Write a letter to the removal company. In your letter

• explain what went well on the day you moved house

• praise an employee who was particularly helpful

• mention an aspect of the service that you were not happy with

Dear Sir,

I am writing to provide a feedback on your moving service. I am incredibly thankful to your company that my moving went so smooth with help of your staff.

Particularly, your staff was so cooperetive and supportive. They were handling everything with care and they used paper roll to cover all the corner of my TV and fridge to make sure that, item don't get damage. This is something I really liked most.

Moreover, I personaly want to appreciate the effort of Niraj, the supervisor of the moving team. He was taken care of everything so well that we can move our house smoothly. He was also making sure that no one can get injured while moving.

I was quite disappointed with the truck that you give me, as the vehicle wasn’t spacious enough to carry all my belongings in a single trip, we had to make two separate trips. Thank you for your help and support.
