Dear sir/madam,
Hope everything fine with you.
I am writing to share my feedback about your removal service, which I had used on 2nd september to move into my new apartment.
Moving day experience was so amazing. The team arrived on time and handle all the heavy item with great care. Every box and pieces arrived at the new apartment without any damage. Morever all team use smart technique to move all the items to vehicle. The whole process very fast and smooth.
I mainly appreciate Jhon for his hard work and dedication. He handle all fragile item move to the right room safely. He follow all my direction. All the staff members are so friendly and co-operative. All person do their work with great responsibily. I am very happy with all service they give. Furthermore, I praise their loyalty and reliability.
I would like to say some area needs improvement. such as I had to wait long period of time when I call customer service. The helpline feels understaff and needs shorter wait of time for clients.
Yours faithfully,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The candidate has successfully addressed all bullet points outlined in the task instructions. The letter explains what went well on the moving day, praises an employee named Jhon specifically, and mentions an aspect of the service that was unsatisfactory, namely the long wait times experienced when contacting customer service. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to a company, although the opening salutation contains minor formatting issues. The ideas are adequately covered, though some points such as the customer service issue could have been slightly more elaborated to achieve a higher degree of development. Overall, the task purpose is clearly met and the communication is fully effective.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter is generally coherent and follows a logical structure with appropriate paragraphing. Each paragraph corresponds to a specific part of the prompt, making the progression of ideas easy to follow. However, cohesive devices are somewhat basic and repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'all' and 'furthermore', and there are occasional abrupt transitions between sentences. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to separate the introduction, the positive aspects, the employee praise, the negative feedback, and the sign-off, providing a clear overall arrangement that meets the requirements for a band 6.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
The student demonstrates an adequate vocabulary for the task, successfully communicating details about the moving service using terms like 'fragile item', 'dedication', and 'reliability'. However, there are noticeable limitations and inaccuracies in word choice and collocations, such as 'handle all the heavy item' instead of 'handled', and 'understaff' instead of 'understaffed'. Less common lexical items are attempted, but they occasionally suffer from morphological errors. The range is sufficient to convey the intended message clearly, but frequent slips prevent it from reaching a higher band score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The writer uses a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, though simple structures predominate. There are several noticeable grammatical errors throughout the text, particularly regarding tense consistency and subject-verb agreement, such as 'which I had used on 2nd september' (simple past is more appropriate), 'handle all the heavy item' (missing past tense marker and pluralisation), and 'all team use' (singular/plural mismatch). Punctuation and capitalization are also inconsistent at times. While these errors do not severely impede overall communication, their frequency prevents the grammar score from rising above band 5.5.
