After that on moving day your company staff come to home and they starting wrapping all the home things then started loading to moving truck. They loaded all the things very carefully without any damage and safely move to my new apartment.
All the team member were very hepful but one of your employee name Jagdeep Singh was more then that. He helped me to place my stuff in right places in new apartment which helps me to decor my place very eaisly.
The thing which i do not like was the moving speed because they moved thing very fast and did not gave extra time for thinking that which thing will go where.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The response successfully covers all parts of the prompt, satisfying the requirements for explaining what went well, praising an employee, and mentioning a negative aspect of the service. The purpose of the letter is clear and appropriate for a general task. However, the development of ideas shows typical features of a mid-band score: some parts are fully addressed, such as praising Jagdeep Singh, while others remain slightly limited and under-developed, particularly the explanation of the negative aspect concerning the moving speed. To reach a higher level, all bullet points would need more fully extended support and elaboration, providing greater detail about the specific events of the moving day.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter maintains a coherent overall arrangement with a clear, logical sequence of events from booking to the moving day and final feedback. Paragraphing is used to separate different thoughts, such as the introduction, the positive aspects, the employee praise, the complaint, and the conclusion. However, cohesion at times feels mechanical or repetitive, relying on basic connectors like 'After that' and 'The thing which i do not like was'. Referencing is generally functional, but the flow between sentences could be smoother. To achieve a higher score, the writer needs to demonstrate a more flexible use of cohesive devices and more sophisticated paragraph structuring to guide the reader effortlessly through the text.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The lexical resource displayed is minimally adequate for the task. The vocabulary used is quite basic and repetitive, with phrases like 'home stuff', 'home things', and 'move my home'. There are noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and word form, such as 'feed back', 'throught online', 'hepful', and 'decor'. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they restrict the vocabulary score. To move up to a higher band, the writer must expand their lexical range by incorporating less common vocabulary, improving word formation, and ensuring greater precision in word choice and spelling.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writing shows a limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences alongside a few basic attempts at complex forms. There are frequent errors in verb tenses, agreements, and articles throughout the text, such as 'to giving my feed back', 'your company staff come', 'they starting wrapping', and 'did not gave'. Punctuation is also basic, with missing capitalization on the opening salutation and sentence beginnings. Although communication remains possible despite these issues, the frequency of errors is characteristic of a mid-band performance. To improve, the writer needs to develop a wider variety of complex sentence structures while simultaneously improving accuracy in verb forms and subject-verb agreement.
