I would like to particularly praise your employee, Mr Bilal. He was exceptionally helpfulland polite. He took great xare ofmy fringile item, especially my TV and glass table, and he also helped me to arrange the heavy furnitiure in my new apartment.
However, one thing i was not happy about was the final charge. The price was slightly higher than the quotation given to me on the phone.I was quoted Rs.20,000 but was charged Rs.22,000.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0
The response successfully addresses all parts of the prompt, ensuring the communicative purpose is clear throughout. You have explained what went well on the moving day, noting that the team arrived on time and packed everything carefully. You also successfully praised an employee, specifically mentioning Mr Bilal, and highlighted an issue with the final charge differing from the initial quotation. All bullet points are covered with relevant details, demonstrating a clear and appropriate tone for a formal complaint and feedback letter. To reach a higher band, the explanation of the positive aspects and the complaint could be slightly more extended and supported with additional specific details to fully develop the overall narrative.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0
The letter maintains a clear logical organisation and progression throughout. Information and ideas are logically sequenced into appropriate paragraphs, starting with the purpose of the letter, moving through the positive experiences and the praise for an employee, detailing the issue with the bill, and concluding with an overall summary. Cohesive devices are used adequately, such as transitional words like 'However' and 'Overall', which help guide the reader smoothly from one point to the next. Paragraphing is used sufficiently and appropriately. To achieve an even higher level of cohesion, you could use a wider variety of referencing words and more flexible transitional phrases between sentences.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your message clearly despite some noticeable errors. You attempt to use less common items and specific vocabulary related to moving house, such as 'quotation', 'removal service', and 'heavy furniture'. However, there are several spelling and word-form errors that prevent a higher score, including 'belomgings', 'apaertment', 'helpfulland', 'xare ofmy', 'fringile', and 'furnitiure'. Furthermore, some word choices could be more precise. These minor lexical inaccuracies do not heavily impede communication, but they restrict the lexical score because of frequent spelling mistakes and minor slips in word formation.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
The response features a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating a reasonable command of basic grammatical structures. You successfully use past tenses to describe the moving day events and present tenses for your current feelings and recommendations. There are some errors in grammar and punctuation, such as unnecessary commas ('service, I used', 'helpfulland polite, he took'), missing articles ('on the timw'), and minor prepositions issues. However, these errors rarely impede communication and the meaning remains clear throughout. To move to a higher band, you would need to produce a higher frequency of error-free sentences using a wider variety of complex grammatical structures with precise punctuation.
