Dear sir,

It was a great experience with your company on last sunday . I'm just shift my house to a new apartment , usually i have a lot of furniture stuff which too heavy to move but with help of your employes, it was going so smooth for me to move into new residence. Furthermore, ram is very skilled person from your company , he made this job more convient with his amzaing ideas . Although everything was good until they made a mistake while loading a mirror in their moving vechile , they unfortunatley broke that mirror . I felt very uncomfortable at that movement becuase that mirror was gifted by my father on my last birthday , So i'm emotionaly attached with that thing . Rest all the things was good along with the staff were very engergatic as well as respective towards my family . I also made refrence to my all the friends about your company .

Thank you

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three requested points: the move went smoothly with the staff’s help, you identify Ram as particularly helpful, and you explain that a mirror was broken. The personal detail that it was a birthday gift from your father makes the complaint relevant and clear. This covers the task well, while the positive feedback and praise are less fully developed: for example, you mention Ram’s “amazing ideas” but do not explain what he did. The letter would be stronger with a specific example of his assistance and a clear request or expectation about how the company should respond to the damage. The opening and closing are also rather brief for a formal feedback letter.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The main information follows a generally understandable order: you describe the move, praise an employee, then raise the problem and finish with an overall recommendation. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “Although,” and “Rest all” help signal these shifts, but the progression is weakened by placing nearly everything in one paragraph and by some awkward connections. In particular, “Although everything was good until…” makes the contrast difficult to follow, and “Rest all the things was good along with…” combines two ideas unclearly. Use separate paragraphs for the positive experience and the complaint, and connect each point with simpler, more precise transitions. This would make the organisation easier to follow without changing your content.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “furniture,” “loading,” “mirror,” and “emotionaly attached,” and you attempt more expressive language such as “skilled” and “energetic.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “employes,” “convient,” “amzaing,” and “vechile” are misspelled, while “at that movement” is an inaccurate choice for the intended meaning. Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “made refrence to my all the friends.” Build accuracy with common collocations for moving services and feedback, and check spelling carefully. A more precise vocabulary range would help you express both praise and dissatisfaction clearly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast introduced by “Although” and a reason introduced by “because.” However, control is uneven, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction occur throughout. For example, “I'm just shift my house” needs a correctly formed past-tense verb, and “the rest all the things was good” has an agreement problem and an unclear structure. The long opening sentence also joins several ideas without reliable punctuation. Practise forming accurate past-tense sentences about the move, and divide longer sentences into shorter units. More consistent control of these basic patterns would make your meaning easier to read.
