Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you describe the move going well, praise Ritik’s help, and report that some crockery was broken. The details about careful handling and same-day delivery make the positive feedback relevant, while the damaged plates and bowls clearly identify a problem. However, the praise and complaint are brief and could be developed further—for example, explain how Ritik’s guidance helped, or say what response you would like from the company. The letter is also five words below the required minimum, so add a little relevant detail. A more suitable opening would be the requested “Dear Sir or Madam,” and a closing would make the letter feel complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a generally clear sequence: it introduces the purpose, describes the moving day, praises an employee, and then raises a concern. Paragraphing helps distinguish the main points, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “However” guide the reader through the shift from praise to criticism. This meets the lower-band expectation of an overall coherent arrangement and shows some features of stronger progression. However, the links are somewhat mechanical, and the first paragraph contains several ideas crowded together. The letter also ends abruptly after the complaint. Use clearer sentence boundaries, connect details more naturally, and add a brief closing so the organisation feels complete and cohesion less noticeable.

Lexical Resource: Band 6.0

You use an adequate range of vocabulary for the purpose, including “relocate,” “professional,” “punctual,” “efficiently,” and “sensitive material.” These choices communicate the main events and the employee’s positive qualities. There are also attempts at more specific language, such as “subordinates” and “crookery box,” though some choices are inaccurate or unnatural: “stuffs” should be “belongings,” “crookery” should be “crockery,” and “for shifting” is not a natural expression in this context. Spelling errors such as “dissappointing” also reduce accuracy. Aim for precise, natural collocations—for example, “carefully packed my crockery” and “the move went smoothly”—and check spelling before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more developed sentence forms, and the reader can generally understand the sequence of events. For example, the sentence beginning “Moreover, Ritik…” combines his role, the delivery, and his manner. However, some grammatical errors remain, including tense and agreement problems in “They take care of my stuff” and “before its get dark,” as well as missing or incorrect articles and plural forms in “some of plates and bowls.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention: “Everything went perfect that day packaging, professional movers” is not a complete, clearly punctuated sentence, and the comma after “great” is misplaced. Practise consistent past-tense narration and divide long or crowded sentences into complete clauses.
