Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the main points by describing the helpful mover, saying the work was careful and on time, and mentioning difficulty getting a response when you first called. The praise is clear, especially in “really helped me to move my furniture and possessions very carefully.” However, the account of what went well is mostly general, and the complaint is not fully explained: it is unclear what problem you called about or how the delayed response affected the move. The letter also shifts between thanking the company and expressing disappointment without clearly distinguishing the employee’s good work from the company’s earlier service problem. Add specific details and make this contrast clearer to address the task more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The reader can identify the broad sequence: you introduce the feedback, describe the initial difficulty contacting the company, and then praise the employee who arrived. However, ideas are crowded into one paragraph and the progression is difficult to follow. For example, “I am really thanked” is followed immediately by “But onthe otherhand” and then the explanation of the unanswered call; the timeline becomes clearer only later with “Aftersom[e] time.” Several links, including “that is why” and “So,” are repetitive or do not clearly show the relationship between ideas. Use separate paragraphs for the complaint and the praise, and order events chronologically with clear transitions and accurate pronoun references.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “furniture and possessions,” “employee,” “carefully,” and “on time,” so the main message is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make the letter less clear and natural. Examples include “removel,” “avtive,” “contect,” and “fully energatic”; “company boy” is also unsuitable for a formal feedback letter. Phrases such as “I am really thanked” and “I am happy for your employee” do not express your meaning naturally. Choose precise, conventional expressions for appreciation and complaints, and check spelling and collocations before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences, for example with “This is because” and “when,” but the range of sentence structures is limited and these attempts are often inaccurate. In “when I trying to call but no responding,” the verb forms and sentence structure are incomplete; “when some one contect me and ask … then he send me” also lacks consistent tense marking. There are further problems with articles, prepositions, and sentence boundaries, as in “writing this letter for thanks to help you” and the run-on opening sentence. Use past simple consistently to recount the move, and practise complete clauses with a clear subject and verb. More accurate punctuation and sentence boundaries would make your meaning easier to follow.
