Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You attempt to address the requested feedback by describing the move, referring to an employee, and identifying damaged furniture as a problem. However, the key points are not clearly or fully conveyed. The positive aspects of the service are missing, and the employee is not actually identified or praised: “i praise an employee who help me prticularly” is difficult to understand and does not explain what the person did. The complaint about damage is relevant, but the request for repair is unclear. To make the letter more effective, state one or two things the company did well, describe the employee’s helpful actions, and explain precisely what was damaged and what resolution you expect. The purpose is only partly clear overall.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The letter has a recognisable opening, several body paragraphs, and a closing, so the reader can identify it as a formal complaint. However, ideas are not arranged in a clear progression: the opening says you are unhappy before explaining the move, and the paragraph about the employee combines praise with “my experience is badly” and the damage complaint. Connections between ideas are often unclear, while repeated statements such as “i am not happy” do not help develop the message. Use separate paragraphs for what went well, the employee’s contribution, and the problem. Then connect each point with simple, accurate transitions so the reader can follow the account without having to infer how the ideas relate.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
Your vocabulary includes some relevant terms for the situation, such as “furniture,” “service,” “security,” and “repair,” and the reader can infer that belongings were damaged during the move. However, the range is basic and several word choices or spellings make the message difficult to understand, including “appartment,” “desided,” “arrangments,” and “aspect” where you likely mean “expect.” Phrases such as “my experience is badly” and “proper condition” are not natural ways to describe the problem or the outcome you want. Build a small set of accurate expressions for moving and complaints, and check spelling and collocations. More precise wording would make your meaning clearer and your praise and criticism more convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both short statements and longer sentences, but control of sentence structure is limited and errors frequently obscure the intended meaning. For example, “Hear i am writing to this letter your company is provided a service” has an unclear clause structure and verb form, while “your company to help me move” lacks a correctly formed main verb. There are also problems with articles, prepositions, and sentence boundaries, as in “i am not happy to your company service” and “Recently i moved from old appartment to new apartment.Beacuse”. Capitalisation and punctuation are inconsistent throughout. Practise forming complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check tense, articles, and punctuation before adding longer clauses.
