Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the main points by describing punctual arrival and careful handling, praising a helpful employee, and reporting a delay that upset you. These details are relevant, but the ideas are limited and under-developed: the employee is not identified or described specifically, and the complaint about the furniture arriving an hour late is difficult to follow. The statement “they are not able to handle work” also conflicts with your positive comments and is not explained. The letter’s purpose is apparent, but the opening does not clearly state that you are responding to the company’s request for feedback. The response is 135 words, so it does not meet the 150-word minimum. Add clear details about the employee and the delay, and explain your overall view consistently.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some organisation: you begin with the purpose, move to what went well, then mention an employee and a problem, before giving an overall comment. However, the progression is not consistently clear, and the paragraphs are not separated to show these different points. Linking expressions such as “first of all,” “because,” and “However” are attempted, but some connections are inaccurate or leave the reader unsure how ideas relate. For example, “because praise are satisfied employees word hard” does not clearly connect the employee’s actions to your praise. The final sentence also combines several unrelated ideas. Use one paragraph for each task point, and make each sentence express one complete, logically connected idea.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

Your vocabulary includes relevant terms such as “arrived on time,” “packed my furniture carefully,” and “one hour late,” so the reader can identify the main service details. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, spelling, and collocation errors make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “remival service,” “peaceful” for describing how an employee worked, and “furniture heaving one hour late.” The repeated use of “carefully,” “service,” and “work” also limits precision. Choose common, accurate expressions before attempting more ambitious wording: for instance, describe the employee as “efficient and helpful,” and say that your belongings “were delivered an hour late.” Proofreading spelling and word forms would make your meaning clearer.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both short statements and longer sentences, including “I am writing a give feedback” and the sentence beginning “However,” but the range is limited and many structures are faulty. Errors with verb forms and sentence construction occur frequently: “I am writing a give feedback,” “they moved my furniture safely and carefully completely than i satisfied,” and “my furniture heaving one hour late” do not form clear grammatical sentences. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and punctuation, such as the lowercase “i” and the comma attached to “However.” These errors sometimes make it difficult to understand who did what and when. Practise building complete sentences with a subject and verb, and check tense and punctuation in each one.
