Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You attempt to cover the requested points: you mention that the move involved furniture and household items, praise an employee’s helpfulness, and refer to the cost as a concern. However, the response addresses the task only minimally because the details are unclear and the complaint is not expressed directly: “I am consider I am happy” makes it difficult to tell whether you were satisfied with the price. The employee’s contribution is also vague, and you do not clearly explain what went well during the move itself. The response is 144 words, so it does not meet the 150-word minimum. To strengthen the letter, explain one successful part of the service, identify the employee’s specific actions, and state clearly what you were unhappy about.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is a basic sequence from introducing the move, to mentioning an employee, and then commenting on the service and price. Linking expressions such as “further more” and “moreover” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the letter is presented as one long paragraph, and the connections between points are sometimes unclear. For example, the sentence beginning “moreover, everthing which the company provide” shifts from general satisfaction to a complaint about cost without making the contrast clear. The closing also repeats the idea that the company helped move the items. Use separate paragraphs for the positive experience, the employee, and the concern, and use clear transitions such as “However” to signal the complaint.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “furniture,” “apartment,” “sofa,” and “items,” so the reader can identify the general topic. However, the range is basic and several word choices or spellings make the message difficult to understand. For instance, “take a help” is not a natural expression, “employess” is misspelled, and “sofa material like glass” does not clearly describe what the employee handled. “Mover the stuff” is also imprecise for a formal feedback letter. Choose accurate service-related phrases such as “moving assistance,” “handled my belongings carefully,” and “the removal fee seemed expensive.” Check spelling and use more precise nouns and verbs to explain the service.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response communicates its general purpose, but sentence structures are very limited and errors occur frequently, sometimes obscuring meaning. The opening “hope so you are dpoing well” lacks a clear subject and has an incorrect verb form, while “my self simranjeet kaur and moved” is not a complete, correctly formed sentence. In “there is one employess who help me,” the verb form and agreement are inaccurate, and the sentence about the money contains several unclear grammatical relationships. Most ideas are joined into long sentences with limited punctuation, making them harder to follow. Practise complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, consistent past tense for the move, and accurate articles and agreement.
