Dear Sir/Madam,
Good day and Compliment of season.
I am so impressed about your company and how they helped me to pack out my properties from my old apartment to a new apartment. You are doing a great job and your service workers are so humble and hardworking. They ensure there was no damage of any thing and they do their as if it was their personal properties.
They are very jovial and optimistic about their work. The muscular man among them was lifting heavy items as if it was not heavy.
I promise to recommend your company to my friends and colleagues at work and my relatives.
Thank you for your great job well done..
Yours Faithful,
Favorite..

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0
You do address the positive aspects of the move, praising the workers as “humble and hardworking” and describing how they handled heavy items. However, the task asks for three specific points, and the letter does not mention any aspect of the service you were unhappy with. The praise for a particularly helpful employee is also unclear: “The muscular man among them” identifies someone, but does not explain what made his help especially valuable. The response is also below the required 150 words, which leaves little room to develop the points. To improve, include a specific complaint, explain the named employee’s contribution, and add relevant details about what went well, such as punctuality or careful packing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The letter has a recognisable sequence: it begins with general praise, describes the workers, and ends with a recommendation and sign-off. This gives the reader a basic sense of organisation. However, the ideas are not grouped into clear paragraphs, and the progression is limited: the description of the “muscular man” is not connected to a fuller explanation of his helpfulness. The opening and closing also take up space without advancing the requested feedback. Use separate paragraphs for the successful aspects, the employee’s contribution, and the problem you experienced. Linking phrases such as “In particular” and “However” would make the relationships between these points clearer.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some relevant vocabulary to express approval, including “hardworking,” “jovial,” “optimistic,” and “recommend.” These choices help communicate a positive impression of the staff. However, several phrases are awkward or imprecise for a formal feedback letter, such as “pack out my properties,” “no damage of any thing,” and “great job well done.” “The muscular man” describes appearance rather than the employee’s helpful action, so it does not convey the intended praise precisely. Aim for natural collocations and more specific service-related vocabulary, such as “move my belongings,” “handle items carefully,” and “particularly helpful member of the team.” This would make the letter clearer and more appropriately formal.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response mainly uses simple sentence patterns, with a few attempts to combine ideas, as in “They ensure there was no damage…” The basic meaning is generally understandable, but errors in sentence construction and grammatical forms are noticeable. For example, “They ensure there was” shifts between present and past, while “they do their as if it was their personal properties” is incomplete and difficult to interpret. The sentence “I am so impressed about your company” also uses an incorrect preposition within the phrase. Use consistent past tense to describe the moving day, and check that each sentence has a complete, clear structure. A wider range of accurate sentence forms would help you explain the events and your feedback more effectively.
