Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address all three requested points: you describe the move, identify Rajan as particularly helpful, and explain that furniture was damaged. The specific examples—his help setting up the apartment and the broken sofa and table legs—make the feedback relevant. However, the positive account is brief, and the complaint is not fully clear: “he did the same mistake i was afraid of” does not explain exactly how the damage occurred. The letter also shifts from gratitude to criticism without clearly stating what response or action you would like from the company. Develop the events more clearly and make your purpose and requested follow-up explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a generally coherent sequence: an opening, praise for an employee, a complaint, and a closing. Paragraphing helps separate the positive feedback from the problem, and “However” and “But” signal the change in focus. Some links are mechanical or unclear, though. For example, “However” introduces praise rather than a contrast, while “But one thing” repeats the contrast marker. The sentence about the damage is difficult to follow because “he did the same mistake i was afraid of” does not clearly connect the instructions to the outcome. Use clearer transitions and arrange the complaint as instruction, action, and consequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough relevant vocabulary to communicate the main points, including “furniture,” “instructions,” “set up,” and “expensive.” There are also attempts at more expressive language, such as “sincere gratitude” and “precious time and consideration.” However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, including “show my sincere gratitude towards your company to helped me,” “a helped,” and “so helping nature.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning less clear. Aim for natural service-feedback phrases and check word forms and collocations; for example, describe an employee as “very helpful” and say the company “helped me move.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including the sentence beginning “Even after moving the things,” and the conditional “if he did that carefully.” However, control is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to understand. Examples include “your company to helped me,” “I said him to pick up,” and “if he did that carefully i think it could not happened.” These involve verb forms, sentence patterns, and tense. There are also missing spaces after full stops and inconsistent capitalisation of “I.” Practise accurate past-tense reporting and conditional forms, and build longer sentences from correctly formed clauses.
