Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5
You attempt the requested feedback letter and include praise for an employee, Mr Prashant, describing his reassurance and care while packing. You also mention that the price was “so chip,” which appears to be a positive point, but the required complaint about an aspect of the service is missing; this leaves a key part of the task unaddressed. The account of what went well is also unclear: the opening says moving was a “massive problem,” without explaining which parts of the company’s service went smoothly. The response is two words below the 150-word minimum, so it does not meet the task’s length requirement. To improve, clearly describe successful aspects of the move and add a specific, polite criticism, such as a delay or damaged item.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic sequence: you introduce your feedback, describe Mr Prashant’s help, and then mention the price and recommendation. This gives the reader some sense of the letter’s purpose. However, the ideas are not consistently connected or clearly grouped, and several sentences are difficult to follow, particularly “it was also share one expiriance which is created yesterday.” The opening is split across lines (“Dear / Sir”), and the closing is not presented in a clear, conventional format. Use separate paragraphs for the positive service, the employee, and the problem, and connect each point with straightforward transitions such as “In addition” and “However.” This would make the progression easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to a removal service, including “furniture,” “electronics,” “packing,” “price,” and “staff,” and you try to express appreciation through phrases such as “very kind person.” However, the range is limited, and inaccurate word choice and spelling sometimes make the intended meaning unclear. For example, “chip” seems to mean “cheap,” while “inociant” and “incredibal” are difficult to interpret. Phrases such as “share feedback with your services” and “one of person” are also unnatural. Build a more precise set of expressions for describing moving services, such as “handled my belongings carefully,” “offered a reasonable price,” and “I was dissatisfied with…” Proofreading spelling will also help your message sound more professional.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt to combine ideas in longer sentences, for example when explaining that Mr Prashant reassured you and managed the move. However, sentence structures are often faulty, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation make several passages hard to understand. In “I was very happy to share feedback with your services which is provided by you,” the relative clause and verb form are not controlled. “When i was help him” also has an incorrect verb pattern, while “his directly told me” does not use the correct subject form. Most sentences need clearer boundaries and more reliable basic structures. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then join related ideas with conjunctions, checking subject–verb agreement and past-tense forms.
