Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0
The letter addresses all three requested points: you describe the move as smooth and on schedule, praise Aman for helping with the clothes, and identify the incomplete cleaning as the problem. The examples make your feedback specific, especially the reference to the bedroom closets and kitchen cabinets. Your overall position is clear and appropriately polite. To make the response more fully developed, explain the impact of the cleaning issue or state what action you would like the company to take, such as arranging a follow-up clean. The praise for Aman is useful, though a little more detail about his conduct would make it even more persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0
The information is arranged in a clear sequence: general feedback, what went well, praise for an employee, and the complaint. Separate paragraphs help the reader follow each part, and linking expressions such as “Although” and “Dispite all of it” signal a contrast between the positive service and the problem. Some transitions are awkward or overused, however, and the opening moves quickly from the request to a broad evaluation. Use more natural links and ensure each paragraph develops one point smoothly. The closing could also connect more directly to the complaint by stating the outcome you hope for before signing off.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “relocate,” “package,” “punctual,” “cleaning,” and “cabinets,” and the reader can understand the main message. There is some attempt at more formal wording, but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “quality of services you performed,” “its appreciatable,” and “I have disappointment in term of cleaning.” Spelling errors, including “writting,” “sevices,” and “Dispite,” also reduce accuracy. Aim for natural collocations and check spelling carefully; for example, say “the quality of the service you provided” and “I was disappointed with the cleaning.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The letter includes both simple statements and attempts at more complex sentences, such as “Although, full team did a great job but Aman seems very polite and helpful to me.” However, control is inconsistent, and several sentence patterns contain errors that make the writing less fluent. For instance, “which have been discussed to do” has an incorrect verb construction, while “it could have been taken half of my day” uses an unsuitable structure for describing time. Articles and agreement also need attention, as in “full team” and “which have been discussed.” Practise forming clear clauses with accurate tense and agreement, and avoid combining “although” with “but” in the same construction.
