Dear sir/madam

Hi, i am veerpal kaur . i hope you are doing well , actually i took your help yesterday for moving my furniture to my new apartment and i really liked your service because before i was too much nervous about moving and you make my day even better by coming on time and helping better and even you team didnot give me any kind of disturbance and stress.apart from this one of your company employee his name MR sahil singh , Moreover he was great and very helpful and kind because there was one of my glass furniture and its was too expensive and i was worried about broken of that he specially make me understand that he will take care of my all furniture.Futhermore there is one thing which not makes me happy that is no tips accepted for particular employee , so comapny should focus on this because by if customer giving tip to employee of your team that is appreciation and by that employee can be happy and try to give their best.

your faithfully

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you say the team arrived on time and reduced the stress of moving, praise Sahil for reassuring you about the glass furniture, and identify the refusal to accept tips as a concern. The purpose is clear and the details are relevant. However, the praise is more fully explained than the complaint: the tip policy is mentioned, but it would help to clarify whether you want the company to change it or simply explain why it disappointed you. The letter also shifts from a formal opening to “Hi,” which weakens the fit with a feedback letter to a company. Develop the final point and maintain a consistently appropriate tone to make the response more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The ideas follow a generally understandable order: you describe the moving day, then focus on Sahil, and finally raise a concern. Linking expressions such as “apart from this” and “Furthermore” help signal these stages. However, most of the response is presented as one long paragraph, and several ideas are joined together in an extended sentence, making the progression harder to follow. The connectors also feel somewhat mechanical, particularly where “Moreover” and “Furthermore” introduce closely related points. Use separate paragraphs for the positive feedback and the concern, and divide long sentences so each main idea is easy to identify. This would make the organisation clearer and the links less conspicuous.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “moving my furniture,” “on time,” “glass furniture,” and “helpful and kind,” so the reader can understand your experience. There are also attempts to express more specific ideas, such as the employee taking care of valuable items. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or awkward, including “too much nervous,” “helping better,” “disturbance and stress,” and “worried about broken.” Spelling and word-form errors such as “didnot,” “comapny,” and “Futhermore” also reduce control. Aim for natural phrases such as “very nervous,” “handled my belongings carefully,” and “worried it might break,” and check spelling before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response attempts to connect ideas using longer sentences and subordinate clauses, for example when explaining your concern about the glass furniture. The main message remains understandable, but some sentence structures are difficult to control, and punctuation does not consistently separate complete ideas. Examples include “you make my day even better” and “there was one of my glass furniture and its was too expensive”; these contain tense, article, and agreement problems. The final sentence beginning “so company should focus” also combines several points without clear grammatical boundaries. Use a mix of shorter, accurate sentences and a few carefully formed complex ones. Check past-tense consistency, articles, and subject–verb agreement, and use full stops to prevent run-on sentences.
