Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the main purpose by giving an overall rating, praising the team’s cooperation and responsibility, identifying the team leader as helpful, and raising a concern about staff knowledge of modern devices. However, the required points are only partly developed: the praise is general, and the complaint does not explain what happened or how it affected your move. The employee is not named, and it is unclear which devices or handling issues you mean. The opening also changes the requested “Dear Sir or Madam” to “dear sir,” and the closing is not appropriate for a formal letter. Add a specific example for each point and use a consistent formal tone.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable sequence: it introduces the review, describes positive aspects, then turns to a concern and closes. Connectors such as “additionally,” “so,” and “hence” help signal these stages. However, most of the letter is presented in one long paragraph, so the different points are not clearly separated. Some links are mechanical or unclear, particularly “so, here the thing” and “In rest of the thing,” which make the progression harder to follow. Use separate paragraphs for the positive feedback, the helpful employee, and the area for improvement, and choose straightforward transitions such as “However” and “Overall.”

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “team work,” “responsible,” “handling,” and “modern devices.” There are also attempts at more formal expressions, such as “overall review” and “provided.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the message less clear: “writting,” “regrding,” “secondy,” and “adescent” are examples. Several phrases are also unnatural for this context, including “give rating of 4.5 star” and “handling the object.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and precise terms for a removal service, such as “rate the service,” “belongings,” and “handle fragile items.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to combine ideas using clauses and connectors, for example in “The main thing which I really admire is team work of your employees,” and the reader can generally understand your message. However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and attempts at longer sentences often contain several grammatical errors. Examples include “I am writting to giving you,” “If i want to give an overall review i will,” and “some of your staff members have lack of knowledge.” There are also problems with articles, agreement, verb forms, and punctuation. Practise building shorter, accurate sentences first, then add subordinate clauses; for example, “I am writing to review the service you provided when moving my belongings.”
