Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three requested points: you describe the move as generally successful, praise Mr Karan’s care and helpfulness, and identify a problem with damaged boxes. The positive details about items arriving on the same day and being placed in the correct rooms make the feedback relevant. However, the complaint is not fully clear: you say boxes were broken and mention important plastic products, then refer to “such delays,” although no delay has been explained. This weakens the development of the final point. The letter also opens “Dear Sir,” rather than using the requested “Dear Sir or Madam,” and “Faithfully” is less suitable when addressing the company without a named recipient. Clarify the damage and its impact, and use consistent formal letter conventions to make the response more complete and precise.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0

The letter has a clear overall progression: an opening explanation, a paragraph praising an employee, and a final paragraph raising a concern. This makes the main purpose easy to follow, and phrases such as “I would particularly like to praise” and “I was disappointed” help signal the shift between points. Some connections within sentences are less clear, however. For example, the complaint moves from broken boxes to needing to unpack essential items and then to “such delays,” which does not clearly connect to the problem described. The first paragraph also combines several ideas in a long, loosely punctuated sequence. Separate the positive details into clearer sentences and ensure that references such as “this issue” point unambiguously to the problem being discussed.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “furniture and possessions,” “heavy items,” “professionalism,” and “delivery arrangements.” These choices show an attempt to express both praise and dissatisfaction. However, several inaccurate or unnatural expressions reduce precision, such as “I took help from your company,” “my overview is very good experience,” and “with proper.” Spelling and word-form errors, including “profossionly,” “haevy,” and “experience person,” also affect the impression of control. The phrase “plastic product” is unclear in this context, and “delivery arrangements” does not precisely describe the damaged boxes. Build a more reliable range of natural collocations for moving services and check spelling and word forms before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more developed sentence forms, including the sentence explaining that the employee checked whether items were placed in the correct rooms. The main ideas remain understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. Examples include “to moved” instead of an infinitive form, “every item is arrived” instead of a correct past-tense construction, and “He take extra care” instead of “He took extra care.” There are also problems with articles and sentence construction in “checking the all that everything was placed.” Punctuation and spacing are inconsistent, particularly around full stops and commas. Practise accurate past-tense narration and straightforward clause patterns first, then combine ideas using clear subordinate clauses; this will let you show greater range without losing control.
