In few parts of the world, individuals love to buy more and more clothes and not all all the garmets are necessary for their daily need. the predominant reasons and the solution will be discuss in the upcoming essays.
there are lots of reasons why people spend plenty of money on garmets. the main reason is that they want to look up to date. most of the persons feel shy if they wear old fashion clothes. Moreover, there is trend on social media platforms like snapchat, instagram to show their clothes to other social media friend. for example, most of people deliver their videos of fitcheck every day. Another reason is that, nowadays, comapanies start applying clever marketing tricks in their stores. management of companies want that anyone leave the store without buying anything. As a reason, famous brands like Zara, Adidas and so on spend millions of dollars on their marketing. More marketing means more sale.
apart from this, in modern worls, people wear different garmets according to the time. for intance, they wear proper formal suits for office, afterthat they wear casual garments after the office and during the night they get night suits. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by identifying reasons why people buy excessive clothes and suggesting methods to reduce this consumption. However, the development of these ideas is uneven. While points regarding social media trends and clever marketing are mentioned, they remain somewhat under-developed rather than fully explored with deep explanation or robust examples. For instance, the mention of brands like Zara and Adidas is a relevant real-world reference, but the explanation of how marketing manipulates buyers is brief. The position is clear throughout, and the main prompt questions are duly covered, placing the response solidly in the mid-range for this criterion where relevant ideas are presented but some lack full extension.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a discernible beginning, middle, and conclusion. Paragraphing is utilized to separate different ideas, such as grouping the causes into distinct paragraphs and addressing solutions separately. However, cohesion is at times mechanical or faulty due to repetitive transitional phrases like 'another reason is that' and 'apart from this'. Referencing can also be unclear, as seen in the phrase 'there are also solution of this given problem', where linking between sentences lacks smooth progression. Cohesive devices are present and generally serve to guide the reader through the text, but the overall progression could benefit from a more varied and natural use of conjunctions and cohesive ties.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common terms such as 'predominant', 'manipulating', and 'consequences'. However, there are noticeable lexical errors throughout the text, including word-form and spelling mistakes like 'garmets' instead of garments, 'comapanies', 'worls' instead of world, 'manupulating', and 'soltuin'. Collocation and word choice are sometimes imprecise, such as writing 'deliver their videos of fitcheck' or 'people have to aware', which indicates a limited control over phrasing. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they restrict the score, as vocabulary usage lacks the precision and flexibility required for higher levels.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The essay displays a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting structures such as conditional and relative clauses. However, there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation, particularly regarding articles, pluralisation, and prepositions within grammatical patterns. Examples include 'in few parts', 'all all the garmets', 'there is trend', 'most of persons', and 'thousand of waste have generated'. Punctuation is also weak, with widespread capitalization issues such as beginning sentences and the essay itself with lowercase letters. Despite these frequent errors, the underlying meaning remains mostly clear to the reader, and simple sentences are generally handled adequately.
