Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product which I purchased from your shop.

I bought the laptop from your shop on 2 September 2026. I purchased a brand new laptop in grey color. I purchased it because it would help me in my studies such as making assignments and presentations.

Unfortunately, I experienced several problems with the laptop. Firstly, the screen stuck when I tried to making assignments. Which is unsatisfied situation because of this I missed my crucial assignment due date. In addition, the battery power is not good. It is always on low power while I charged a whole day.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me either a full refund or a exchange the laptop. I attached the recipt of the laptop.

I hope you will consider my problem as soon as possible. Let me know if you need my laptop then i will bring on your shop.
